Self-owned Brand Clothing

  • Exclusive, artful customization

Our bespoke program focuses on one-to-one service for clients seeking individualized pieces. From an initial design consultation through fabric selection, pattern development and iterative fittings, each garment is produced to a client-approved specification. We emphasize measured, detail-led processes rather than mass efficiency: fittings and pattern adjustments are used to lock a final block before production so the delivered piece aligns with the client’s posture, proportions and use cases.

  • Process overview

Initial briefing → fabric & trim proposal → concept CAD & tech pack → prototype → fit/PP sample → production → final QC & delivery. Typical sample turnaround is five working days after final design sign-off; bulk production lead time is approximately 20 days once trims and materials are confirmed.

  • Fabric selection

A curated global source list—Italian worsteds and superfine wool, French silks, Japanese technical weaves and modern performance blends—selected for hand, drape, colorfastness and seasonality. Recommendations weigh wear-environment (breathability for humid climates, low-pill knits for daily wear) and sustainability targets where required.

  • Technology & craft

We combine traditional hand-finishing with targeted technology, including digital printing, virtual fitting, digital grading and nesting, and low-impact dyeing/finishing. Premium pieces retain key hand-worked details to preserve artisanal quality.

We offer high-resolution digital sublimation for all-over prints and dark grounds, with a dedicated process for black and navy to prevent color bleed. The same capability supports both our Gallery Tee and print Cuban collar lines, for catalog orders and fully custom designs.

Prototypes & Sample Development

Prototypes convert concept into a buildable block; SMS and PP rounds include full measurement sheets, tolerance notes and construction comments. We treat the PP sample as the production benchmark.

PRODUCTION OF CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHING

Production / OEM-ODM / make-to-sample

We offer strict OEM execution to client tech packs, turnkey ODM from concept to finished goods, and make-to-sample services that reverse-engineer a reference with matched or upgraded materials. Trims and components are rationalized for cost and consistency as required.

Customization scope: fabric selection, print technique (sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, embroidery — combination orders supported), size range and grading (custom size charts built to your target market), colorway shifts on existing designs, and full private-label branding — custom woven neck labels, hang tags, and packaging (branded poly bags or box packaging).

PRODUCTION OF CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHING

Fabrics & trims library

A working library of luxury and performance options—merino and high-twist worsteds, Supima® and long-staple shirtings, Japanese twills and TENCEL™ blends; trims include YKK/Riri zippers, corozo/horn buttons, woven labels, heat transfers and branded hardware.

Fabric library: cotton-blend and performance poly-blend for everyday-wear tees; poly-satin blend for print Cuban collar shirts (satin surface intensifies print saturation for retail/nightlife lighting); 100% cotton poplin and cotton-linen blends for natural-fiber markets; moisture-wicking performance poly for warm-climate SKUs.

PRODUCTION OF CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHING

Production workflow & QC

Order intake → material QA (lab dips, test reports) → cutting (marker optimization) → sewing (line balancing) → in-line QC → finishing/pressing → final AQL inspection → carton audit → dispatch. Default AQL 2.5; additional metal detection or safety tests available on request.

Labels/marking/packaging

Customizable main/size/wash labels (woven/satin/heat-seal), QR/RFID options, tissue/dust bag/boxed packaging; options range from minimal sustainable wraps to premium gift boxes.

Start-up Support

Flexible MOQs and capsule planning (we can work from 50–200 pcs/color depending on material), target costing, calendar construction and pooled trims to reduce entry costs.
